COURSE OVERVIEW & DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this qualification is to ensure that qualified learners understand advertising agency processes and technical methods in general, and specialize in the processes systems, and technical methods that they are (to be) involved in by achieving specific competence.

These processes, systems and technical methods refer to copywriting, art direction and design, client service, media buying, television/ radio production, and print production.

Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 of the Further Education and Training Band

English Language (Spoken & Written)

Physical Science at NQF Level 4

Computer literacy at NQF level 3

Students may further study for national Diploma related fields at an accredited institution of higher Education. Admission to further your studies at a different institution remains the prerogative of institution and its academic council.
